An ice cream cone, poke or cornet is a dry, cone-shaped pastry, usually made of a wafer similar in texture to a waffle, which enables ice cream to be held in the hand and eaten without a bowl or spoon. Various types of ice cream cones include waffle cones, cake cones (or wafer cones) pretzel cones, sugar cones and chocolate-coated cones.

This is a High Capacity Machine for the manufacture of Ice-Cream Cones or Cups. The machine is equipped with four to five rows of baking moulds or in the case of larger cone diameter, with four rows. The cast alloys baking moulds are mounted on heavy steel frame. The upper half ( the main part of mould ) which slides up and down between two steel columns is balanced by counter weights and operated by a hand lever.

The better is infused by means of a very exact, adjustable and better deposition device. The moulds are equipped with automatic ejectors. A single movement will open the moulds and eject the cones which fall into a box, placed underneath the baking moulds. The operation or handling of the machine is very simple and done by any skilled worker. One worker is able to operate two machines.

We have signed two grant agreements for the benefit of Burkina Faso in New Delhi wherein the first is an act of donation and consists of a large consignment of equipment worth consisting 100 sewing machines, 100 kits for mobile repairing workshop and 100 first aid kits. This would pave the path youth of Burkina Faso towards entrepreneurship and empowerment.

The MOU which we have just signed between LESDEP and Cameroon is the fruit of cooperation which took place few months ago. LESDEP is going to sign an MOU with ADEPME to start a skill centre in Kaolack, Senegal in partnership wherein Indocorp will bring machines and train the beneficiaries. LESDEP will provide certificates to the trainees after successful accomplishment of training.
